## How Mina works

Mina runs in two modes. In reactive mode you trigger it with “Hey Mina” to handle a task on the spot. In proactive mode it stays in the background, listens to the conversation, and decides on its own whether something needs doing — booking a follow-up, updating a record, drafting a summary. It connects to over 200 tools, including Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Notion, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
