Eufy Video Doorbell S4 ships Q1 at $279 with 180° AI tracking and no subscription fee

Anker’s Eufy pulled the CES 2026 move Ring didn’t — a doorbell that sees the whole porch, recognizes your packages, and doesn’t charge monthly for it. The S4 is a smart doorbell camera (edge AI, not cloud-first), $279.99 / £229, shipping Q1 2026 through eufy.com. PetaPixel’s April 21 data piece pegged 39% of US households as already owning a video doorbell — which is exactly why Ring and Aqara G410 are crowding this quarter too.

What the hardware actually does

Two 3K cameras stitched into a 180° horizontal × 180° vertical view — Eufy’s calling it the “world’s first VR doorbell.” OmniTrack fuses AI vision, mmWave radar, and a PIR sensor to track people, packages, and vehicles in 3D as they approach. Face recognition to 5 meters, detection to 26 feet, 32GB of on-device eMMC storage, 120dB siren, two-way audio. Ring’s new 4K cam locks its smarts behind a subscription; the S4 runs AI locally and ships it free.

API and agent integrations

HomeKit (via HomeBase 3), Google Home, and Matter work out of the box. The community eufy_security Home Assistant integration already exposes motion events, person/package detection, and video streams — an agent can subscribe to a “package detected” event, snapshot the frame, and DM you over iMessage or Slack. The hooks are there, and they’re free.
