HubSpot opened Agent Hub and Agent Builder to all Professional and Enterprise customers on July 23, 2026. This is HubSpot’s answer to the messiest problem in enterprise AI right now: agents that don’t talk to each other.
The problem it actually solves
Picture a sales agent cold-emailing an account the same week a service agent is handling that account’s open complaint. Neither knows the other exists. That’s what “agents operating in silos” looks like in practice. Agent Hub fixes the visibility half — one screen showing every HubSpot agent, live status, recent results, all grouped by go-to-market goal: build demand, win deals, keep customers, expand. Agent Builder fixes the other half: a no-code canvas where you describe a custom agent in plain English and it pulls context straight from Smart CRM.
Why it matters
The moat here isn’t the LLM, it’s the data. Every agent reads and writes the same customer record, so context is shared by default instead of bolted on. During beta, Agent Hub is free inside Professional/Enterprise; custom agents burn HubSpot Credits per configured action (Pro includes 3,000). No API keys to wire — the CRM is the runtime.
