Sandbar pulled $23M Series A on March 10 and quietly opened a developer waitlist. The Stream app handles capture and routes inference to the backend; the roadmap is third-party skills and shortcuts, so an agent can read your dictated notes or push a press-and-hold prompt back to your finger.
