Google Antigravity Boost (/boost) turns multi-agent reasoning into one slash command

Google Antigravity just gave paid users a nuclear option. Type /boost inside the IDE and it spins up a multi-agent deep reasoning pipeline for the problems a single agent keeps choking on — race conditions, hard algorithms, refactors that touch twenty files.

How the pipeline works

Three stages. A main orchestrator decomposes your task. Multiple subagents then implement, investigate, and run local verification in parallel, each inside an isolated scope so they don’t stomp on each other. A final pass synthesizes everything and iterates against your test suite until it passes. It’s a coding tool feature, not a separate product: you need Antigravity 2.0 or the CLI, and a paid Google AI plan — Pro starts around $20/month, with Ultra tiers at $100 and $200.

Why it matters

This is Google answering Claude Code’s ultra-style deep modes shot for shot. Multi-agent orchestration used to be a research demo; now it’s a slash command sitting next to your cursor. The agentic coding race has quietly shifted from “who has the best model” to “who has the best harness” — and Google just made its harness a one-word command.
