Ecovacs DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone (with AGENT YIKO 2.0) lands April 14 at $1,499, pre-dissolves stains before it mops

Ecovacs launched the DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone in the US and Canada on April 14, 2026. It is a bagless robot vacuum-and-mop with 22,000Pa blast suction, 22 L/s airflow, and an onboard AI agent called AGENT YIKO 2.0. This isn’t a new hero robot — it’s the X12 chassis with a smarter stain pipeline and a bigger agent brain.

What the hardware actually does

The headline feature is FocusJet Stain Pre-Dissolving. Infrared plus an RGB camera spot the stain, the robot fires a targeted water jet to soften it, then the OZMO roller mop rolls in. Old robot mops smeared dried ketchup around for ten minutes. This one pre-treats it like a human would. Bagless cyclonic dock means no proprietary dust bags to buy — one thing the press blitz across 9to5toys, Ubergizmo, Tom’s Guide, and Vacuumwars keeps pointing at.

AGENT YIKO 2.0 runs on the robot, not the cloud

YIKO 2.0 handles setup Q&A, schedules cleans around your actual routine, and rewrites the home map as furniture moves. It is an on-device agent tied to the cleaning hardware — not an API you call, not a skill you install. You talk to the robot, the robot adapts.
