China’s robot-vacuum giant Dreame just closed its four-day DREAME NEXT showcase at SF’s Palace of Fine Arts (April 27–30) by dropping three smart rings at once. Bold move for a company best known for sucking dust off floors.
Three rings, one form factor
The lineup splits cleanly. The Dreame AI Smart Ring is the headliner — at 2.5mm, it undercuts Oura Ring 4 (2.88mm) and Samsung Galaxy Ring as the thinnest in the category, and packs a world-first onboard vibration motor for haptic alarms, calls, and notifications on the finger. The Dreame AI NFC Smart Ring works as a digital key — door access, building cards, credentials. The Dreame Glow Ring (already shipped at AWE in March, ¥1,499 launch price) adds fingertip ECG on top of 24/7 heart rate, SpO₂, skin temperature, respiration rate, and sleep-stage tracking.
Why San Francisco
All three share aviation-grade titanium shells, ~2.6g weight (lighter than a coin), and up to 100 days of battery life with the charging case. The pitch is unbundled: Oura’s health, Apple Wallet’s keys, and a smartwatch’s buzz — split across three rings instead of crammed into one. SF was the venue because that’s where smart-ring buyers actually pay.
